Problem Statement
Dog owners face significant challenges in finding time to walk their dogs, leading to feelings of guilt and anxiety. Design Process
User Interviews and Surveys: Conducted interviews with busy professionals, elderly users, and individuals with limited mobility to understand their specific challenges and concerns about dog walking services.
Persona Creation: Created personas representing different user types, such as "Busy Professional," "Mobility-Limited Senior," and "New Pet Owner." Created a User Journey Map by identifying the key touchpoints, from discovering the app to booking a walker.
Empathy Map Creation: Created empathy map to learn more about the user's feelings, what they think, what they say & what they do.
User Flow Diagrams: Map out the primary flows for onboarding, selecting a dog walker, and booking. Designed the user flow simple, minimizing the number of steps to complete each task.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop low-fidelity wireframes for key screens such as the onboarding process, booking interface, dog walker profiles, and reviews section. Keep the layout clean, intuitive, and mobile-friendly. Build interactive prototypes that simulate the full user experience.
Design Visual Elements: Create high-fidelity mockups, incorporating branding elements like color schemes, fonts, and icons. Focus on a clean, professional design to instill confidence and trust.
Research and Insights
User Research: User interviews, surveys, and focus groups were conducted with target dog owners to understand their pain points, needs, and preferences. The research focused on identifying existing challenges with dog walking services, preferred features, and potential solutions.

User Flow
I created the user flow by initiating the starting point and mapped out each step to visualize the user journey until they reached the goal.
Visual Design
Sign In & Sign up Screen: The user needs to create the account by providing minimal information. They can also Sign up/Sign in through any of the social media options.
